Pet Smart is 2.3 miles away for your pet's favorite food, treat, or toy. Our community will also feature a Dog Park area with benches so your pet has time to run and play while you sit and have a friendly chat with your neighbor.
Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Pet interviews will be conducted by the Community Director for approval.
$300 is required for each Dog or Cat.
$150 of which is a Refundable Pet Deposit and $150 is Non-Refundable Pet Fee.
We also charge a $15 Monthly Pet Rent.
